Call for Virtual Workshop Proposals (deadline: 31th March 2021)

 
 


The ISAP2021 will feature half-day (3 hours) virtual workshop sessions on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. ISAP2021 Technical Program Committee welcomes experts in Antennas and Propagation Society to participate the event by holding virtual technical workshops. Academic researchers, industrial people and graduate students are potential participants of the workshops. The workshops are aiming at providing a tutorial on the latest development, trend, and results in selected fields of Antennas and Propagation Technologies. A workshop should provide comprehensive tutorials and guides in that field. The presentation may include slides and multimedia materials. Part of the Workshop should be interactive.
A proposal must be submitted for review by 31th March, 2021. If the proposal is accepted, speaker must chair the workshop on their own at the designated virtual room provided by TPC. The duration of the Workshop is Half day (3hrs). Presentations in the Workshop will be recorded and remained open to the participants until 25th, Oct. 2021. No content will be uploaded to IEEEXplore. Part of the Workshop should be interactive. Please download the template here. The proposal must be submitted via email to yvettehung@mail.ntust.edu.tw.



GUIDELINES

 
 

All workshop proposals will be reviewed by the ISAP2021 TPC. Acceptance will be based on:

  • Relevance to the conference topics (See the conference topics in the main page)
  • Evaluation of the proposal’s potential to attract audiences.
  • Evaluation of the relevance of the workshop to state-of-the-art advances in the corresponding field.
  • Evaluation of the capability of the workshop to provide a good tutorial to audiences.
  • Overall composition of the workshop topics
  • The proponents will be informed if their proposal has been accepted by the ISAP2021 TPC by late April 2021.
